Round 2 Playoff Predictions

Ravens over Colts. The Colts just don't look as though they've got the same firepower they once had and the Ravens had a decent offense to go along with their amazing defense so be prepared to be running from blitzes Peyton and then packing it up as usual.

Saints over Eagles. My two favorite teams and though i'd love to pick my Eagles, the Saints storybook year and the fact that Lito Sheppard is out against one of the most powerful offenses in the NFL, not to mention the Saints get Joe Horn back, it'll be good but the Saints go marching on!

Seahawks over Bears. Yes, the Bears defense is a beast but Rex Grossman cancels out all the good that they do and though the Seahawks may not be looking spectacular, they're steady on both sides of the ball which should be enough this game.

Chargers over Patriots. LT > Patriots.

Round 1 Playoff Predictions

Chiefs over Colts. Larry Johnson will run all day on that Indy run defense, and when you can run all day you control not only the score but the clock.

Seahawks over Cowboys. Not just because I hate T.O. and the Cowboys but Hasselbeck and Alexander are back to health and the Cowboys have really been struggling.

N.Y. Jets over Patriots. The Patriots are nowhere near what they once were, out with the old, Belicheck, and in with the new, Mangini, not to mention that young Jets D is something to watch with Jonathan Vilma, Bryan Thomas and Kerry Rhodes.

Eagles over Giants. Eagles are on fire as of late winning their last 5 games and everyone knows the Giants have started to self destruct from the inside out so watch for Eli to follow the lead of his brother and lose, at least Peyton will look better doing it though.

Bowl-ed Predictions

Rose Bowl - Michigan(3) over USC(8). Defense wins.

Gator Bowl - West Virginia(13) over Georgia Tech. My heart says Georgia Tech but my head says West Virginia, sorry Calvin Johnson the team where the Veer originated takes it.

Fiesta Bowl - Oklahoma(7) over Boise St.(9). Welcome to the big leagues Boise State and Ian Johnson is only the second best back on the field with Adrian Peterson out there.

Cotton Bowl - Auburn(10) over Nebraska(22). I'll be honest, don't know much about either team but I do like those Irons brothers.

Outback Bowl - Penn State over Tennessee(17). Meachem is great but Joe Pa's return and Posluszny's last game make this a Nittany Lions must win plus Dan Connor is a beast possibly better than Posluszny in my eyes.

Capital One Bowl - Arkansas(12) over Wisconsin(6). McFadden will show the world why he's next years' leading Heisman candidate and deserving of the runner up Heisman winner this year even though he's just a sophomore right now and I have nothing but love for those small linebackers, Sam Olajubutu.

Orange Bowl - Louisville(5) over Wake Forest(15). The Demon Deacons had a good run but they haven't played against a quarterback of Brian Brohm's caliber.

Sugar Bowl - LSU(4) over Notre Dame(11). Brady Quinn is overrated, Jemarcus is better.
